Hi, I'm Heather.
I'm a wife, mom, home cook, and believer who has learned that some of life's most meaningful moments happen in ordinary places—the kitchen, around the dinner table, and in the quiet rhythms of home.
These days, our home is full of different seasons. I'm cheering on one child from basketball sidelines while helping another prepare for the exciting next chapter beyond high school. Through it all, I've learned that the small, faithful moments at home often become the ones that matter most.
That’s how Rooted & Gathered was born—a place to share the faith, traditions, homemaking, gathering, food and everyday rhythms that are shaping our family life.
Rooted & Gathered exists to remind women that a beautiful home begins with a rooted heart.
I started Rooted & Gathered because I believe our homes have the power to shape the people we love most. In a world that often feels rushed and distracted, I want to encourage women to slow down, gather around the table, care well for their families, and build homes where Christ is at the center.
My hope is that every tradition, meal around the table, gathering, homemaking rhythm and quiet moment shared here reminds us that the ordinary moments of home are often where God does some of His most meaningful work.
