Archer Mini Beef Sticks: Our Favorite High-Protein Snack for Busy Days
Gather Around the Table
Between basketball practices, church, errands, and the inevitable "Mom, I'm starving," these are the snack I reach for most. I keep Archer Beef Sticks in our pantry, in the car, and usually tucked inside my son's basketball backpack because they're one of the easiest ways to get real protein when life gets busy.

Pair It With
Always in Our Fridge
Fresh fruit in large Mason Jars - I love to buy fresh fruit, soak in a little baking soda + water, rinse, and store in the refrigerator.
Cheese - You can’t beat organic, 100% grass-fed, raw, sharp cheddar cheese.
Greek yogurt - My son prefers the 0% and claims there is a taste difference, but I don’t notice it. :)
In Our Pantry
Mixed nuts - This is good to keep in a glass jar so you can easily grab a handful for a snack as needed.
Whole-grain crackers - We find these the closest to Wheat Thins with better ingredients.
Applesauce pouches - We were at a University of Southern California basketball game and noticed they had a large supply on the court. After that, my son was back to pouches.
What's in My Athlete's Basketball Bag
Pickle Juice - Great for tournament weekends or any games to help alleviate cramping that may occur.
Superior Electrolytes - This came highly recommended by my Holistic Nutritional Therapist.
Reusable water bottle - This is my son’s favorite! Unfortunately, it’s plastic, but the easiest to use at games and includes a locking lid.
Insulated lunch bag - Great to throw in the car with snacks.
