“It was absolutely loaded with flavour. The curry powder I used had a little kick to it, which was borderline too spicy for my husband. I also overcooked the broccoli — which turned out to be a win because apparently my stepdaughter prefers mushy broccoli. Who knew? 😂”

The Butter Chicken was a hit — creamy, flavorful and much easier to make than I expected. The curry spices, however, have apparently decided to stay awhile. 😂 My windows are currently open and my house still smells like dinner. Would I make it again? Absolutely.
